During the summer of 2005 the Georgia General Assembly became a TTi customer.  TTi was tasked with performing a complete overhaul of the IT infrastructure at the Georgia General Assembly.
Project Highlights:
Email migration of 600+ users to Microsoft Exchange
Deploying over 600 new laptops and desktops
Design and implementation of a new data center
New central and edge network equipment
Implementing a wireless LAN
An integrated set of security appliances and standards
CompletedOutlook and Office training for 350+ users in one week.
The compressed timeline (3 months) was met without exception
The General Assembly is a very remote user group when out of session. Our project manager led an efficient effort to ensure that when the General Session started, there was a seamless transition
The TTi NOC currently provide 7X24 support and system monitoring for the GGA, proof of their confidence in TTi
